Yesterday I was able to zip up every pair of shorts in my dresser! Haven't been able to do that for years! Some of them the buttons were still snug but progress! I'm in this for the long haul!! 💕

On a hormonal level I am on my cycle and have felt MUCH better than I have ever felt in regards to bloating, cramping, and overall symptoms! And to be honest I havent been as strict as can be. Very happy with those changes!! 😍

I also have not been as strict as could be, but I also don't feel like I'm on a diet per se as much as making long term sustainable changes.

Tracking (without judgement) has opened my eyes to how much mindlessly snacked!

Goals this month- more solid meal prep and "menu" prep with 3 days a week in the gym.

Officially 30 lbs down with half of that just in the past 2 months from increasing protein and eating Whole Foods. I try to hit 120 grams of protein a day. Still eating carbs like white & brown rice, quinoa, Banza, sweet potatoes, resisting processed carbs and sugars.

Managed to lose 15lbs even through the 3 biggest food holidays and without starving myself. I'm always eating.

Your post during the holidays where you said to enjoy the food because it takes 3000 calories above to gain a lb of fat helped me enjoy guilt free. I did see the scale go up and now I'm back to my eating program and it dropped back down and then down some more.

I wanted to share that in the 2 weeks I've been tracking calories and protein, I've lost 2.5 pounds 😱

Easier to get out of bed in the morning, better mental clarity, easier to move weight at work. feel like this is sustainable rather than something I'm stressing over each day.

Better post workout recovery and no jet lag from travel.

Not much bloating My legs did not cramp up from ALL the walking we did at Disneyland.

Energy is great.

Energy levels are great and sugar cravings are down which is HUGE for me. I did have my cycle last week and had some cravings but was able to curb most of them or just accommodate some moderation. I most definitely had a win today. We have dinner with our friends who are visiting tonight and I put on a dress that I normally feel like I need to wear shape wear with and I feel totally confident going without it!!

Able to focus better

Good energy not sleepy after meal! I'm surprised my digestion is good even if I m eating a bit more meat the usual.

No PMS this month !!!!

I'm so happy to do this for my self even if my last work out upper body left me with the worst worst DOMS !!! The first 2 days I was thinking of give up 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂mahalo coach Jackie!!!

ABOUT Coach Jac

Born & Raised on Long Island NY, but have been Maui living for almost 6 years. Best decision of my life

I was what you call a tomboy growing up. Fitness was a way of life through all the sports I was part of.

As soon as I hit 7th grade I matured and became naturally muscular, which brought on some not good times. I was often bullied for having “muscles”. It wasn’t until I was in my mid 20s that I realized everyone was now working their butt off to get those muscles they so boldly put down... re-enter CONFIDENCE!

At age 30, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos Thyroditis. I wasn’t ok with being told I needed meds the rest of my life. For the last 5 years I have completely changed up my diet and lifestyle to properly fuel my body & hormones for healing & muscle growth. I have been med free since! BTW, I’m 39 & aging backwards 🙃 I have to work hard every single day bc a thyroid disease isn’t forgiving.

It has been my mission the last few years to help women in their 30s & beyond who are struggling to make changes in their bodies, lack energy, & need guidance on how to balance out their hormones. I am a believer that women need to be advocates for their hormonal issues and I’m HERE FOR IT!
